The internship program gives CRCC an opportunity to find future leaders and gives the intern an opportunity to evaluate both CRCC and the construction industry. We are looking for people with a background in engineering or business that like to be outside.

            As with the college graduate, we need people with:

·        A strong academic record

·        A hands on approach

·        Good Communication skills

·        A desire to lead w/ strong leadership skills

·        A willingness to go to where the job is

Our internship program will include:

·        A variety of assignments to give a productive insight into the business

·        Good pay
